In your final preparations for the test, here are some resources and links to help you complete your study guides and review terms that you haven’t already mastered.
1. Vocabulary:
- Here is the link to my vocabulary pages. Each chapter page has links to both the flashcard printouts and the quizlet page with those terms. http://www.martinsaphug.com/learn/vocabulary/
- Here is a general quizlet page with AP HUG flashcard sets. http://quizlet.com/subject/ap-human-geography/
- Below is a .doc with concise and easy to understand summaries of main ideas and points for each Rubenstein chapter:
- PDF: Comprehensive Term Lists
2. Practice Tests:
These are hard to find online, but here are a few practice tests:
- This first one is the best – an actual practice test released from the college board. Go through each of these questions and turn the ones you get incorrect into points on your study guide. http://wenku.baidu.com/view/f85e6d75a417866fb84a8e76.html
- Here is a page from the textbook with a bunch of simple one page tests that you can take and then grade. http://bcs.wiley.com/he-bcs/Books?action=resource&bcsId=3139&itemId=0471679518&resourceId=7788
- Here is another practice test that seems to be pretty decent. http://www.proprofs.com/quiz-school/story.php?title=ap-human-geography-practice-exam
- This last practice test asks for a name and password, but you can just click start and it will take you to the test. http://www.quia.com/quiz/1031353.html
I wish you all the best in your studying and reviews – I know that you will do great!
