Very Nice details, and explanation. Sometimes they didnt stay on topic, so it made it difficult because it was scattered sometimes. I like explanations that are straight to the point because i get tired of reading paragraphs of things that can be summarized in one sentence, perhaps if they would have defined Gentrification and Ghettoization together and explained how they are related it would have been more interesting. Nun the less the details give me alot of info, its clear to me what the topic is. The pictures were help but were basically the same thing.

They could have answer the questions more detail and provide more explanation so the readers could have more understanding about the topic.

They aslo could have elaborated more about greenbelts and zoning ordinances. What are the correlations of those two terminologies to the History of Transportations instead of just defining it briefly. Such as the definition of greenbelt it self is that it is a ring of open space to limit the sprawl of an urban area, so what do greenbelts have to do with the history of transportation? And the zoning ordinance definition does not explain anything. it should be defined as the law that limits the permitted uses of land and maximum density of development in a community. So zoning ordinance prevented the mixing of land uses within the same district. Which caused many low-income people and the minorities to be unable to live in the suburbs. because of high cost of the housing and unfriendliness of established residence.

And they could also have identified the urban sprawl more specifically.

Talesha J, Brittney B,
Over all this was a good summary for Urban Planning and Development but you could have put a little bit more details about Urban planning rather than just definitions to help people that may not understand, understand what you are talking about.

This topic is very good but the page needs a better flow and a overlook of revising sentences, spell checks, and a better break down of particular topics. With that being said, the topics like social, ecnomics and etc should have been broken down and explained more in details so that readers can better study and understand what the topic is about so that they can grasp the concept of the topic that is being dicussed.Overall a good page and detalic pictures.
